Keynote Speaker: Christine Paine

Christine Paine graduated from Biola University with a BA in Elementary Education and MA in Curriculum and Instruction. She has dedicated her life to education, teaching in public, private, and charter schools. In 2006 Christine moved, along with her husband Jason, to Hong Kong to teach at the International Christian School. They served in Asia for 12 years, during which time their three children were born. Christine currently teaches elementary school ages in Redding and has seen the impact of Good News Clubs in her classroom. She will never get over what Jesus has done for her and the privilege of sharing him with others.

Can you tell me more about Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF)?

Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) is a global organization whose mission is to evangelize children with the gospel and disciple them in the Word of God. We partner with local Bible-believing and mission-minded churches and believers to reach children with the gospel of Jesus Christ. CEF has many different ministries for children, but the primary ones are the Good News Club® and the 5-Day Club®. Our strategy is to train volunteers to share the gospel with children (through Good News Club, Christian Youth In Action® (CYIA™), and “Go and Tell,” training classes), to equip them with quality materials for their clubs, and to support them in their on-going outreaches.

CEF NorCal East Bay is our local chapter and has the largest population in Northern California covering Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.

Is there a cost to attend the event?

No. This is a complimentary dinner.

Are there details for the night of the event?

Besides a three-course dinner, there will be a program including a speaker, testimonies, and a video presentation. This is our annual fundraising dinner and the event is for adults only.
